About Me:
I am recently widowed for the second time about a year ago. My second husband died from colon cancer that spread to the liver. I cared for him at home the last three months of his life and we were married for about 6 years. My first husband died 15 years ago, unexpectedly, from a heart condition. With him, I have three living children and we had a stillbirth and three miscarriages. My children are 29, a boy, and my twins are 21, a boy and a girl. I am an occupational therapist with 32 years experience and I work in the therapy department at a nursing home. My favorite type of patient to work with is one who has dementia. Having had so many losses in my life, I have learned to value life more and learned to enjoy the little moments. I am looking for someone to share life with again, someone that I hate to leave in the morning, think about all day, and can’t wait to get home to in the evening. He completes me, and I, him.
